Lisa is a graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy and is a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of BC.

As a dancer, Lisa is well acquainted with the relationship between movement and proprioception. With her breadth of knowledge and understanding of the impact of touch, Lisa is able to adapt her technique to suit an individual’s needs and preferences.

Her treatment style is reflective of her education in Anatomy, Physiology, Orthopaedic Assessment, and Kinesiology. She includes a variety of techniques including deep tissue, trigger point release, PNF stretching, and active release.

With a strong belief in patient education and the importance of self-care, Lisa believes that a thorough assessment is key to treating the cause, not just the symptoms of pain and dysfunction.

To maintain a healthy lifestyle, Lisa enjoys ballet, snowboarding, and archery.
