Kate obtained a degree in International Studies from Simon Fraser University, and spent several years travelling and working internationally. Her interest in holistic and preventative health paired with her physical lifestyle led her to return to Canada to pursue a Diploma in massage therapy where she graduated with honors from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy.

Kate believes massage therapy is a powerful tool that supports the mind body connection. Each of her treatments is a unique experience between therapist and patient, rooted in communication and informed choices. Her treatments incorporate a variety of techniques ranging from Swedish massage to myofascial release, and neuromuscular applications

Outside of the clinic, Kate leads an active lifestyle that includes cycling, interval training and yoga. She loves challenging herself to reach new physical goals. She is currently working on handstands, and learning to roller-skate. She also loves puttering around in her garden, listening to podcasts, and homesteading projects
